We are a community-focused company, and we depend on multiple collaborations to thrive. Multilateral collaborations and alliances within the community make our work possible.

• We collaborate with the developmentally and intellectually challenged individuals whom we serve to help them attain a richer and fuller life.
• We collaborate with employers within the community to source workers for them from our pool of ready-to-work individuals (interns) whilst simultaneously sourcing jobs for individuals.
• We collaborate with the government by complying with all necessary guidelines laid down by them and counting on their support whenever needed.
• We collaborate with our competent staff comprising support workers, job coaches, casual workers, etc., who are our foot soldiers and the driving forces of our visions and aims at Highpointe.
• We collaborate with colleges in the community where we take individuals for classes.
